WTCP – 410 – Mas Systech

WTCP (Wrap Around Tetra Case Packer) is a fully automatic Case Packing Machine which packs products in cases or trays. The flat blank sheet is folded & glued around the product to form a Case or Tray.
The machine is designed to meet the current customer requirements with regard to packing type and size allowing flexibility of various Case/Tray sizes in the same machine. This tool-free changeover procedure requires little time.
All packaging takes place at one level with a maximum output speed of 10 cases per min.
Box folding sequence results in a tight wrap around the products and then sealing it with hot melt glue, thus making the entire “pack” as one unit and increasing the stacking strength.
The Machine has an integrated magazine for carton blanks to stack up to 300 blanks.
